Kelly Mullis
President/CEO
Kelly began his industry journey in 1989 with the nation’s largest privately held PEO in Bradenton, Florida. There, he excelled in marketing group and individual insurance programs and earned numerous awards as a top producer.
In 1995, Kelly co-founded a PEO and Insurance Agency with his father. Together, they successfully operated these ventures, providing comprehensive HR and insurance solutions to clients throughout Florida and Georgia. Their commitment to client satisfaction led to the acquisition of their companies by a larger PEO in 2001.
In 2013, Kelly joined Advanced PEO Solutions, bringing his extensive experience and expertise. In 2022, he made a significant leap forward by purchasing the company from his former business partner. As President and CEO, Kelly now leads with vision and integrity, overseeing all facets of its operations.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and, most of all, quality time with his family.
Ryan Coe
Controller/Partner
Born and raised in Polk County, Florida, Ryan earned his accounting degree from the University of South Florida, building a robust foundation in financial reporting. As a licensed CPA with over 18 years of experience, he deeply understands the complex financial landscapes in which businesses operate, excelling in financial management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
Ryan’s forward-thinking mindset and passion for innovation drive him to explore new technologies and best practices, enhancing APS’s service offerings and delivering maximum value to clients. His dedication to staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes positions APS as a leader in the PEO space.
Ryan has been married to his wife, Brandi, for 23 years, and they are proud parents of five children. Outside of his professional life, Ryan enjoys golf, hunting, and fishing. He is also deeply involved in his community, volunteering his time and expertise to support local businesses and organizations. Ryan is committed to positively impacting the business world and beyond, empowering others to achieve their goals and thrive in today’s dynamic marketplace.
